Wario and his company are roped into the Shake Dimension where they meet Captain Syrup who warns them that the Shake King has imprisoned Queen Merelda and her kingdom and has claimed a bag full of endless coins. Wario accepts it only for the money while the WarioWare crew try to help. This sequel will be as interactive as the first film with microgames events that progress the story.
