Setting after 30 years of first film, a horror-thriller film screenwriter Terri Hache is sent to asylum for recovery from PTSD after she is sexually assaulted by her younger brother Daniel. But a shocking events turns the table when she finds out that Connie, a sole survivor of the mass murder, have been infected with Orochi's Virus due to PTSD and possessed any young people to command them to impregnate the women to get revenge from those who abusing children.
