  • juliakarina I agree. Although the cast of the adaptation had many successes, the script is very bad.

    • juliakarina   @rykad2022 True. I didn't like either the film or the series, in fact I didn't even finish the series. The film was very teenage nonsense, but it has some scenes similar to the first book and a more or less good cast. The series had a lot of creative freedom with the cast, especially with Rose, Lissa and Christian, in addition to not following the book too much, but the vibe of the series matches the book a little more. Anyway, there were attempts to make it work for TV, but I believe they didn't work and probably after two failures they won't try a third time, unfortunately. But for me it would be good if Richelle Mead wrote at least one more book as a sequel after Circle Ruby.

  • rykad2022 This would make a movie re-adaptation, an improvement over the 2014 movie adaptation which was a critical and commercial disaster.
