The Kaos counterpart from Universe 20-14 and a member of the Kouncil of Kaos. This Kaos succeeded in trapping the portal masters of Earth in Traptanium when he took in the Ultimate Weapon's power, and later did the same to the Skylanders and all their allies. Now, he rules his Skylands with a crystal fist, but he's grown bored of ruling over a Skylands where he can just lock everyone up with little fuss, and wants to take over the rest of the Multiverse as well! So, he's joined the Kouncil of Kaos to conquer the Multiverse, but has full plans of backstabbing his other counterparts once he gets the throne. That is, if some rebellious villains from his home universe don't take him down first.
