Queen Bee was originally one of the many bees that inhabited Bumble Blast's beehive body, but after an encounter with a freak magic substance, she mutated, becoming more humanoid and gaining the ability to speak. After that, Bumble Blast raised her as his own child, but he may have spoiled her a bit too much, for she treats everyone around her as peasants and regards herself as the center of Skylands.
