While experimenting with ways to more efficiently utilize her time powers, Deja Vu accidentally pulled a younger version of herself from another timeline to her own! This younger version of herself was left abandoned and stranded both in her home timeline and this one, and feeling pity for her younger self, Deja Vu took little Philippa in and pretended that she was her daughter. Philippa may not have power over time, but her handling of magitech is something to be feared! Child.
