Zap's younger sister, Echo's protege, and a Skylander cadet of the Water Element. Neptulus came from a kingdom of water dragons driven into ruin by pollution. Her once-royal family was forced into squalor and exile as they tried to find a new home. She spent her entire life going from place to place and losing more places she called home to pollution and destruction of the natural world. It was then that the Skylanders came to her family's aid and helped cleanse their home. During that time, Neptulus struck up a friendship with Echo. Echo invited her to become a cadet, and she accepted—especially after learning that her long-lost brother Zap was a Skylander as well! Vaguely teenaged.
