John Madsen lives a life summed up in three simple words: "Trust no one." The dictation of those three words has led him to a rather aimless life of cynicism and anti-social behavior. This all changes as he crosses paths with Eve Abbott. Seemingly an ordinary college student, Eve holds secrets of her own: she's actually an agent working for MI6. She recruits John on her latest mission: to track down and expose the secrets of a rogue agent turned terrorist and assassin. The only problem: the assassin is a former flame of Eve. As John is whisked away into the world of international espionage, allegiances are tested and his motto is put to the ultimate test as he truly wonders who can be trusted in this game of cat-and-mouse.
