Including Shocker in a group of "super villains" is a tremendous compliment to the man inside the fancy gloves. Herman Schultz is essentially a glorified looter. He is of average height and weight and relies on the energy waves fired from his gloves to subdue those who get in his way. Of course, he is utterly inferior to Spider-Man and, worst of all, he knows it.
