One of Carmine Falcone's underlives. He is vulgar but mannered, almost psychopath and keeps changing sides depending on who wins the situation. He is a real coward and a traitor who does not hesitate to collaborate with the police, as long as it allows him to enrich himself. Moreover, in the case, he negotiates with Dent to be a witness during the trial against Salvatore and Maroni in exchange for a very large sum.
