In the year 1193 a. c., Paris, son of Priam and prince of Troy, kidnaps Helena , wife of Menelaus, the king of Sparta, which triggers the Trojan War, in which Greeks and Trojans face each other . The Greek army besieged the city of Troy for more than ten years. Achilles was the great hero of the Greeks, while Hector (Eric Bana), the eldest son of Priam , the king of Troy, was the city's only hope of salvation.
