The Founder and Supreme Commander of HERZ. The human antagonist, She plans a final solution to the Primitivan Crisis: Convergence, an artificial evolution of both Man and Primitivan by combining their souls into a single conscious in the form of a sea of primordial soup. One reason why the creatures are attacking is because of this plan, and are bent on killing Greta. The operations throughout 2100 to try to "stop" the Primitivans we're actually always meant to buy more time to bring about Convergence. She sends agents to kill those that oppose her.
