At 14, he hacked into a decommissioned server farm and accidentally triggered a fragmented Tron subroutine a ghost program that imprinted him with fragmented knowledge of the Grid. By 17, he’d reverse-engineered a rudimentary neural interface, allowing him to "dream" in cyberspace. During a late-night coding marathon, he intercepted a distress signal from a dying light-cycle pilot trapped in a derelict sector of the Grid. Against all logic, Alexander jury-rigged a laser-based photonic resonator to physically *phase* into the digital world, rescuing the program and forging a permanent psychic tether to the Grid. Now, he balances college lectures with clandestine incursions into corrupted sectors, mending fractured code and evading rogue AIs all while hiding his double life behind the persona of an over-caffeinated computer science major.
