Exhaust joined the Decepticons when Marlboor Dynamic broker a deal, Megatron would stay out of there way in exchange they would supply the Decepticon Cause weapons and the ship prototype called, the Nemesis. He acts like a suave, debonair spy, but the stress of his job is actually getting to him, causing a chain cy-garette smoking habit that the medical officer has warned is detrimental to his health.
