When the Thirteen Primes dishpan after Megatronus fall and the impressing of Liege Maximo, Autonomous stayed on Cybertron taking the form of the Ark, there he would be asleep for many centuries until being discovered by Optimus Prime, when the Decepticons attacked Iacon during the Exodus.
