Synopsis

A new Transformers series where the Autobots, after living in exile after the Decepticons took over Cybertron. A vision leads them to send a select team including their human allies to venture into the Beta System to search for the fate of the legendary Knights of Cybertron. (Separate from previous comic and cartoon canons)

Description of Ironhide:

An old school Autobot soldier who has done everything from bodyguard to search and rescue. Optimus instructs him to protect the crew as they explore the Beta System. Is almost killed by Bruticus and as he mends he begins learning under Solus Prime stating you're never too old to learn. He is the last Autobot selected as one of the Knights of Cybertron.
