It's been 3 years ever since the Midas event, and the death of Tails the Fox. Donnie still is haunted by the deaths of his friends. Leo and Raph however have messed up big time with Mikey, as they believe that Peter Parker aka Spider-Man had really killed Mysterio. Mikey wants nothing to do with his brothers not for the Spider-Man thing, but also for being such jerks to him for his whole life. Meanwhile in Earth 18, home of the Rise turtles, Leo and Donnie aren't on the best terms with each other. Leo is tired of Donnie's pride, but Donnie being Donnie he doesn't let it get to him, and contiues on until Death comes and humbles him.
