Synopsis

When Splinter allows his sons, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, to visit the surface for the first time, they discover that the surface world isn't as simple as it first appears. The Turtles find out where the O'Neils are being held and infiltrate their hideout, where they also battle their first mutant enemy
