After the Shredder's death, Karai (Oroku Saki's granddaughter) takes over the Foot Clan and gathers the gang members, who had split into mini factions. Now on the verge of declaring war against the Purple Dragons gang, now led by Hun (a martial artist with a criminal streak), the Turtles and their allies must prevent innocents from being harmed in the biggest gang war in New York history.
