Olive accidentally stows away with the Thompsons which makes the journey to space extremely awkward. She explores the moon with the others and nearly gets left behind by Colonel Jorgen with Captain Haddock Professor Calculus the Thompson and Jenny. However she is rescued by Tintin and Lisa and even saves the others when Colonel Jorgen escapes by knocking him out. She eventually comes finds common ground with Jenny when she apologises for cheating with Herman and encourages Jenny to go after Captain Haddock. She survives the expedition with the others
