A College Student named Peter Parker, gets bitten by a Radioactive Spider and goes through puberty as he meets Maxwell Dillon, an Electrical Lineman and Billionaire and his muscle, Flint Marko, a caring father of a young son and daughter who becomes evil but doesn't want his son and daughter in any harm, Peter has to make a decision as he also met new friends named Harry Osborn and Gwen Stacy, and suffers from his Uncle Ben's death. (Back with the Dark, R Rated Spider-Man Movie by Tim Burton, in my mind should happen.
