What if Tim Burton directed The Haunted Mansion?
Arthur Radcliffe, a realtor and his wife Claire and two children Megan and Michael are summoned to a mansion, which they soon discover is haunted, and while they attempt to escape with help from Clyde the Groundskeeper and other ghostly specters, Arthur learns an important lesson about the family he's neglected.
