In the wake of the 2004 Boxing Day Tsunami, Quon is a young Vietnamese boy parents who were killed in the tragedy. Left to fend for himself, he befriends a tiger cub whose parents died because of poachers. When his new friend is captured by a circus, Quon must embark on a journey to save him.
