Operation: Small Town
Winter Soldier has been given a black budget by the government to put together a team of former villains looking for a new lease on life. On one condition: he has to deal with Secretary Ross's hand-picked liason the mysterious Red Hulk. The job is quick clean and simple: Infiltrate the sleepy town of Pleasant Hill; retrieve the package; get out. Or will the team kill each other first?
