A Joker Pitch...
In the time that Arthur Fleck was incarcerated in Arkham Asylum, two unrelated criminals that both claim to be him have been causing trouble across Gotham City. As Arthur escapes with a new ally (AKA Dr. Harleen Quinzel), he and these other "Jokers" plan a new strike on Gotham...all while a figure from the shadows prepares to oppose them.
