Not much is known about Percy before he arrived on Sodor, but since he's arrived, the NWR has run a little better, and more eventful too. Cheeky, immature, and at times naive, Percy is nonetheless a capable and dedicated engine, eager to prove himself and be a really useful engine. Primarily friends with Thomas and Toby, he gets along well with the others too, but is not above playing tricks on them.
