While playing in a celebrity golf tournament, former U.S. presidents George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, Ronald Reagan, Jimmy Carter, and Gerald Ford are stuck by radioactive lightning and transformed into the X-Presidents, superheroes dedicated to ridding the world of evil threats, including Saddam Hussain, Fidel Castro and Osama Bin Laden in an entertaining, movie adventure.
