Fan Casting Dr. Abraham Cornelius in The Wolverine

Dr. Abraham Cornelius, one of Weapon X's senior scientists, is hired by the mysterious Nathaniel Essex and is partnered with Colonel William Stryker. Sometime after World War II, Wolverine is absorbed into the project and Cornelius is tasked with perfecting and using a technique that would bind the indestructible alloy of adamantium to human bone cells. This adamantium binding process in which he manages to bind Logan's skeleton with, after which Logan is indoctrinated into the Weapon X program, and murders the Doctor. In a conversation with Stryker he reveals that Logan is Victor Creed's brother.
