Based on the graphic novel written by Robert Kirkman, this powerful and visceral drama portrays life in post-apocalyptic America. A group of survivors, led by police officer Rick Grimes, continues traveling in search of a new, safe home away from the undead. The pressure to stay alive and fight for survival means that many in the group are subjected to the deepest forms of human cruelty. Rick ends up discovering that the frightening desperation for subsistence can be even more fatal than the undead that surround them.
