Synopsis

After the death of Shane, Rick Grimes and the rest of the survivors leave Atlanta and travel across many miles of hostile territory seeking a safer home. The group picks up new members and loses old ones as they attempt to survive the brutal winter. The group eventually finds shelter at a small farm, though it is discovered that Hershel Greene, the owner of the farm, and his family are keeping a dark secret.

  • tylerhamilton Not much is known about Chris prior to the apocalypse, except that he is currently dating Julie. He got into a heated fight with his parents, causing him to be kicked out of the house and stay with Julie and her father, Tyreese, right before the apocalypse started.

  • tylerhamilton During the initial months of the apocalypse, Chris started growing more agitated and hostile with Tyreese, which nearly resulted in the latter threatening to bash Chris' head in with the hammer he found on a supply run. When the trio leave the house on a supply run, he and Julie have a run in with a dangerous stranger, who attempts to rape Julie. Chris, showing no backbone, hides and nearly lets the assault happen before Tyreese arrives and kills the attacker. Tyreese & the kids meet up with Rick and his group and are thankfully welcomed with open arms. Due to their lack of proper survival experience, Chris and Julie are relegated to being babysitters for the kids while the adults went on supply runs. Chris even goes so far as to calling Carl Grimes a snot-nosed little brat to his face, much to the shock of Julie. One morning, at Wiltshire Estates, the zombies starts to invade, causing the group to flee. But as Tyreese goes to look for Chris and Julie, he discovers them in one of the bedrooms attempting to have sex. After they escape, Tyreese confronts them and tells them that they're too young to be doing stuff like this. While Julie shows sympathy for her father's worry, Chris becomes visibly agitated and disgruntled at the man's constant interference in their affairs. Sometime after target practice while on Hershel's Farm, Tyreese allows Chris and Julie to carry their own firearms, proclaiming that they would be safe with them than without them.

  • tylerhamilton When Chris and Julie get ahold of the guns, they get alone and become ecstatic, saying that they can finally "do it" when the time is right (though it is left incredibly vague by what they mean by that). After Hershel kicks Rick's group off the farm, they end up stumbling upon an abandoned prison, a place Rick declares will be their new home.
