The Ugly Duckling and Me! tells the story of Ratso, a smart and mischievous rat who acts as a comedy show manager and who wants to go to the amusement park to present his new show with the show's main star, his best friend, the worm Wesley. Tired of just mostars, hasilistedos, Wesley has just shown, Wesley to introduce himself and with a partnership between him Ratso, even so and helped by Ratso, who meeting Phyllis, a he is dangerous and bad-tempered rat that always chases him with the big brothers Frank and Stan.
