In an alternative universe where Doctor Who wasn't made, 'The Troubleshooters' follows a partnership firm of elite scientific consultants that takes on the world’s strangest “impossible” cases; experimental accidents, unexplained phenomena, secret weapons, eerie new technologies, and apparent “alien” events, solving them through argument, investigation, experiments, and fieldwork, not time travel.
