Old people and children are dying in hospitals in almost all of England and no one knows why. Doctors and nurses who declare themselves innocent are accused of this. But nobody believes them and soon they find themselves in jail awaiting the verdict. James Bond decides to investigate the case himself. During the investigation he discovers that behind the deaths of children and the elderly there is... his childhood friend! Why does she take the lives of innocent people? What might her intentions be?
