Phase 2 TV Series in XRay's DCEU
After hearing about the Flash's trip to Earth 2, the Department of Extranormal Operations forms an exploratory team to go out into the Multiverse & discern what threats (& exploitable resources) are out there. In this endeavor they enlist Michael Holt, the third smartest man in the world, to head the team.
