My Idea for a Live Action Spider-Man Reboot

After defeating Doc Ock, Peter Parker continues his double life as Spider-Man. However, he must now figure out how to balance his responsibilities as the web head with his studies and social life. Complicating things more are three new villains, all trying to collect a bounty on Spidey's head.
