Peter Parker is going through one of the best stages of his life; is about to graduate from college, is the boyfriend of the beautiful and sensual Mary Jane Watson and her alter ego Spider-Man is the greatest and most beloved hero in New York, however his happiness will be interrupted by the return of one of his greatest enemies, Doctor Octopus. Who will do everything possible to try to end our protagonist and ruin his life.
