After moving away from California, shy girl Olivia Miller finally settles down in New York City. There, she goes into Columbia University to study creative writing. Things seem pretty normal for Olivia: her grades are above average, she's made new friends, even getting in touch with her mother all the way from CA. It's not until Olivia meets another person at her school: Charli Bay, a popular girl who gets all the attention from other people. But deep down inside, Olivia is hiding a secret: she's lesbian. Developing a crush on Charli, Olivia doesn't have the nerve to talk to Charli because of humiliation. With the help and support from her friends, Olivia will finally have the courage to ask out Charli. But with Olivia still struggling with her secret, will she open up to Charli and possibly start an open relationship with a straight girl, or made fun of from Charli and her friends?
