In winter, a sudden and unexpected reunion of the Tenenbaum family takes place. Royal and Etheline, the two parents, separated after having three children: Chas, who shines in international finance, Margot a successful playwright who already had a rich scholarship in high school and Richie, winner of the national team for three consecutive years US Junior Tennis. But the successes of the three sons seem erased by the disasters made by their father in the last twenty years.
