Hugh Glass, a late 19th century trapper and explorer is fatally injured by a bear attack. His companions decide to leave him to continue with the expedition. Glass will have to face a hostile territory to be able to take revenge on those who abandon him to his fate, especially the betrayal carried out by whoever operates his faithful confidante.
