Frank Caste returned from war scarred and beaten. He went back to a normal life with his wife Maria and their children Frank Jr and Lisa. Frank struggled to adjust to being at home seeing everyone as a threat his mind lingering to when he was at war. Frank and his family went to the park when Franks entire family was killed during a mob shootout. Frank vowed to get revenge on the people responsible for his families death as well as stop crime altogether. He partnered with David Lieberman a hacker known as Microchip and stocked up on weapons stolen from the cartels.
