When a mob boss named Howard Saint puts a bounty on his head, The Punisher has to take him down because he believes that Saint was responsible for the deaths of his wife and kids. And of course he has the aid of tech guru Microchip and wisecracking up and coming hero, Forbush Man, and a few others.
