On his way to summer camp, Lucian Noceda, a curious but out-of-place teenager, accidentally encounters a portal that leads to another realm full of magic and witches. In this realm, he forms an alliance with Eda, a rebellious fugitive witch, and King, her feisty little pet. Instead of returning to his realm when he gets the opportunity, Lucian chooses to stay with the witch and learn magic so he can finally search for purpose and belonging. But as he begins to find his place, he uncovers a dark truth, one shaped by hidden forces that manipulate and control the realm's magic system.
