The former and recently resurrected Robin, Jason Todd, is in hiding in Gotham City. At night, he does what he does to deliver true justice to the superstitious and cowardly lot as the Red Hood. However, he will form unlikely alliances with Roy Harper, and the archer Amazon, Artemis, who all have a goal, and that involves Oswald Copplepot, AKA The Penguin
