Oscar tries to be a father figure to Laurie, Zoey, Eddie, and Beatrice because he can't seem to wrap his head around the fact that all of them are over 20 years old and they just haven't aged. He likes to play the piano while Claudia sings, and when people tell them to be quiet he just plays louder. He treats the baby like she’s his own, even though she was literally terrified of both him and Claudia when she first met them.
