After the events of The Mask (1994), Stanley Ipkiss (Jim Carrey) is now promoted as assistant chief manager at the Edge City savings and loans bank and still claims the magical Mask which turns him into the green headed, big toothed superhero if worn. Meanwhile, villainous crime boss Don Mozzo (Mahershala Ali) plans to seek the Mask for himself while Walter (Mark Ruffalo), a mute and enormous gangster and ex-employee to Don Mozzo plans to do the same to exact his revenge. Stanley, with The Mask deep within him, the two may have met their match.
