The new baddies explain themselves. The Elemental Empire, they called themselves. Along with Zeebad's pet cat, Buxton. (David Tennant) They are going to free their master from his prison. It's up to Dougal, Florence, Dylan, Brian, Zebedee, Ermintrude, and Soldier Sam to stop this new threat
