Description of Lulea:

Queen Lulea of the Fairies lives in the Forest of Burzee commanding all the Fairies who are in charge of mankind. She will do anything to help Santa Claus accomplish his goal in bringing happiness to children. As a member of the Council of Immortals, the Fairy queen wishes to grant immortality to Santa as well as stop the Awgwas from preventing Santa to deliver his toys.
