Hal Jordan - a disgraced Green Lantern, who caused and survived the extinction of all on Oa - has exiled himself to a distant moon to live out the rest of his days, whilst his nights are spent in a local tavern drinking himself to a quick death. When news of another Lantern reaches him, he sets off to find this figure.
