It's no laughing matter.
Rupert Pupkin desperately wants to become a comedian and approaches popular talk show host Jerry Langford for a chance to perform on his show. After being given the run-around, Rupert teams up with his psychotic Langford-obsessed friend Masha to kidnap Jerry in hopes of finally getting to perform his stand-up routine.
