Alternate Casting
Daniel LaRusso is a whimpy kid who recently moved to L.A., and feels atraccted by a girl from his school. He tries to talk to her, but he gets into a brawl with her boyfriend, an abusive and violent martial artist. After getting the crap beaten out of him, he goes to Mr. Miyagi to learn self-defense.
